Azzaam Kapadia, President

Azzaam Kapadia is a 4th-year in the McIntire School of Commerce concentrating in Management and IT with a track in Business Analytics. Although raised in Richmond, VA, Azzaam has been through the pain of being an Atlanta Falcons fan but also enjoys his moments as a Golden State Warriors and Washington Capitals fan. On the collegiate level, Azzaam is always rooting for UVA sports, especially UVA Football since he is a Scouting Assistant with the team. He interned with the Indianapolis Colts last summer and hopes to work in the front office of an NFL team upon graduation. 


Tyler Gorecki, Co-Vice President

Tyler Gorecki is a 3rd-year in the College of Arts and Sciences. He is planning to major in applied statistics (business and finance concentration) with a minor in data science. Tyler is most interested in MLB analytics, but also follows the NFL, NBA, MLS, English Soccer, and most college sports. Born and raised in South Jersey, he is a Philadelphia Eagles, 76ers and Union fan. His favorite baseball team is the Cincinnati Reds and his favorite European soccer team is Liverpool FC. 


Michael Neff, Co-Vice President

Michael Neff is a 3rd-year in the College of Arts and Sciences studying computer science and philosophy. Michael most enjoys the NBA and especially loves scouting NBA Draft prospects. He also has an appreciation for the NFL and EPL soccer. Michael is a Chicago sports fan across the board, having grown up there before moving to northern Virginia. He is also a fan of UVA sports and Chelsea FC in the EPL. 


Abby Kraden, Communications Officer

Abby Kraden is a 2nd-year in the College of Arts and Sciences planning to study Leadership and Public Policy. Abby is most interested in the NFL, and especially loves focusing on analyzing team and player development year-by-year. Within the NFL, even though she grew up in Northern Virginia, Abby is an avid Buffalo Bills fan. 


James Carney, Analytics Officer

James Carney is a 3rd-Year in the in the College of Arts and Sciences planning on majoring in Statistics and minoring in Economics and Computer Science. James is a big baseball and hockey fan, and will gladly discuss those sports to whoever will listen. He’s had the pleasure of being a Massachusetts native and Boston sports fan and supports avidly the Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins and Patriots.
